Website enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we store the contact and project details you provide, your selected recipe and pack size, the source page, submission time and notification status. Our team uses this information to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your project.

Storage and email delivery

Enquiry records are stored through our Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Resend processes the enquiry notification to deliver it to our business inbox at contact@mischiefpet.com. Your business email is used as the reply address. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Submission errors

If email notification fails after a record is saved, we retain the record for recovery. The form explains that sending did not complete and offers direct contact options. Keep the enquiry reference if you contact our team about a submission.

Spam prevention

We use input validation and submission limits to protect this form. A salted hash derived from the connection IP address is used for submission limits; the raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry record. Hosting infrastructure may separately process ordinary connection information to operate the website.

Email, WhatsApp and local copies

Direct email and WhatsApp links open the corresponding app; you decide what to share and send there. Their providers handle those messages under their own terms. Download brief saves a text file to your device, and Copy text copies it to your clipboard. Form details are not saved to your browser's local storage.
